Our organization is structured to perform the industrialization of the product (bill of materials and working cycles), which consists of the operations of blanking and stamping, tube bending, welding, and assembly through numerically-controlled (CNC) machines.
We perform a rigorous final check before delivery: In a specially equipped area, highly qualified personnel verify and confirm the product’s strict conformity to the characteristics required by the customer.
For processing sheet metal and tubes, we use automatic blanking, stamping, and deep drawing with hydraulic presses, as well as tube bending by means of a numerically-controlled tube bender.
We use robotic TIG and MIG welding stations for all materials, from iron to aluminium.
